Compact & apartment
Compact Apartment Cinema
A four-seat room in an apartment spare bedroom, planned to feel generous without overwhelming the space.
Illustrative brief
Illustrative brief: a spare room of roughly 12 × 11 ft with one window, used mainly for films and music, with consideration for neighbours.
Design approach
A single row of seats at the right distance from a modest screen. Blackout treatment for the window, absorption at first reflection points and careful subwoofer selection to respect shared walls.
